  通常需要9年的時間，才發終身願，成為一位善牧修女。
  How long does it take to become a Sister of the Good Shepherd?
  Usually it takes 9 years to make one’s final vows as a sister of the Good Shepherd.

 

• 是否有年齡的要求?
  有年齡的規定。我們接受18到35歲的人來望會，根據個人情況不同，我們會考慮放寬限制。
  Do you have an age requirement?
  We do have an age policy. We accept pre-candidates between the ages of 18 to 35. Depending upon the circumstances and the woman we do on occasion make exceptions.

• 需要有大專文憑嗎?
  我們要求需要完成二年的大學或工作經驗，使徒工作通常需要學士文憑，但也可以之後再攻讀。
  Do you have to have a college degree before you enter?
  We require the candidate to have two years of college or work experience. For most of our apostolic ministries a Bachelors degree is usually necessary. This can be pursued later on.

• 是否接收之前信奉外教的信徒?接受。通常我們要求至少要已領洗二年的虔誠教友。
  Do you accept converts?
  Yes we do. We generally ask that the person requesting to begin the exploration process with us, be a practicing Catholic for a minimum of two years.

  What kind of qualities are you looking for in a potential candidate?
  Prayerful. Open. Flexible. Self-reflective. Good physical and emotional health. Good interpersonal and relational skills modeled after Jesus, the Good Shepherd. Good sense of humor. Willing to become knowledgeable and active in social justice issues.
